Shipping policy
Overview
We strive to package and ship your items as soon as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays to be processed. Processing time may take longer during holidays, promotions, or new product launches.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will take about 3-7 business days to be delivered, varies by location, shipping restrictions, or special delivery requests. Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes. Delivery date and time are not guaranteed, they are just the estimated date and time of arrival.
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Please be aware that it may take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to appear in our carrier system.
Ensuring the accuracy and safety of the shipping address falls under the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or issues arising from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address, including packages left, stolen, or missing. Any re-shipping costs incurred due to returned packages from delivery issues will be the customer's responsibility.
Domestic Shipping
Enjoy FREE shipping for orders over $75 within the Contiguous U.S. Some oversized items may require an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Shipping
We ship all packages from our studio located in Buena Park, California. For international shipments, customs, duties, or additional fees may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility to handle.
