Due to the nature of our product, we regret to inform you that, at this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
Damages / Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, we respectfully request that you conduct a thorough inspection. Should you identify any damages, defects, or if an incorrect item has been received, please reach out to us at info@onandslow.com. Provide your order number along with pictures of the affected item(s) and proof of purchase. We offer a 7-day grace period from the package is marked "DELIVERED" for a full refund or exchange to be considered.
Promotions
Only one promotion code can be used per order. Enter your code during checkout for eligible orders. Regrettably, promotions cannot be retroactively applied to orders made before the promotion period. Please refer to our Order Cancellation policy for cancellation requests.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Even if the product hasn't been shipped, our system processes orders and pre-orders promptly, making it impossible for us to make any changes after this time frame.
